Over the past weeks, our Revival Sale has brought an incredible amount of support, orders, and messages from customers all over.
We’re truly grateful — but with that growth comes a new challenge.

Because of this, we’re currently looking for someone who can support us in handling customer communication during this busy period.
Customer Support (Remote)
Due to the high volume of emails during our Revival Sale, we’re looking for someone who can help us respond to customers in a kind, calm, and professional way.
You’ll be responsible for:
– answering customer emails in a warm and clear tone
– helping customers with order updates and tracking
– assisting with basic issues or questions
– making sure every customer feels heard and helped
